Partenariat Go East
Participants: Herne Consultants Ltd.
Nature of business:
As international Management Consultants we supply a range of services to our clients, four of our prime areas are as follows:
- Cross Cultural support - Americans doing business in Sweden? English doing business in Germany? Swedish doing business in the UK? - We
have staff with experience of both cultures and are able to train people to do business in the target country in a way that fits that culture. We underpin our wide range of experience with a sound academic foundation.
- Relocation support - Mainly for companies coming to the UK, but we have also assisted UK and US companies setting up in Holland and
Germany, and a range of companies setting up in Italy.
- Business efficiency - We have developed an extremely flexible business efficiency tool called 'Profit Linked Quality' - Proven Value for Money, we don't tell you how to run your business, your Project management bottleneck disappears and there is no long term dependency on our consultants.
- Business continuity planning and exercising - that important step beyond disaster recovery planning, so an approach from an overall business perspective that is
practical and becomes part of your daily operation. Our aim is to minimise your additional costs for this type of project but to maximise your increased resilience.
Desired cooperation:
We are looking for two types of leads from this exercise:
- We are looking for potential customers
- We are looking for consultancies who would wish to partner with us, through both parties being able to complement each others offerings.
